Over the years, Steven has become one of the most well respected and highly regarded real estate attorneys in NYC, often serving as a consultant to brokerage houses, financial firms seeking real estate counsel for their clients and referred to by some of the largest and established law firms when legal conflicts arise. Steven is particularly experienced in the specific needs of International and of the most high profile/high net worth clients as well as being very knowledgeable on 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, LLC Formation and with most every issue involving purchasing or selling property in NYC. The process of buying or selling real estate in New York can be daunting. Steve uses the skills and knowledge he has developed over the years to navigate his clients to their desired result and makes every effort to ensure their needs are met. His goal in all transactions is to put his clients at ease and make the process as stress free as possible. He is licensed in New York and Connecticut.

When not in the office, Steve can assuredly be found cheering for his beloved Buffalo Bills (likely losing) from his home in Connecticut, with his wife, Amy, and son, Emmet.

As the Director of the Banking Department at Katz & Matz, Kyle has vast experience in representing different types of lenders in all phases of purchases and refinances. He specializes in residential and construction-lender representation on behalf of numerous institutional and non-traditional lenders. Kyle has closed many types of conventional and non-conventional loans including New York CEMAs, business purpose loans, government sponsored programs (VA and FHA), REO foreclosures, short-sales and reverse mortgages. Beginning his career in the title industry, Kyle also has experience in title clearance and strives to ensure quality and responsiveness throughout the entire transaction.

When not in the office Kyle enjoys rooting for his beloved New York Islanders and is an avid golfer. He is admitted to practice in New York.
